Community Classes


Currently in the progress of finding a base.

I found the main reason weight loss franchises work is due to having a community feel with regular weekly time slots and being held accountable.


I am in the process of trying to find a outlet to run a weekly community fitness class, where we can come together and answer any health related questions, weigh ourselves with someone on site to offer help with measurements and with weekly topics such as mini exercise classes, and how to eat 5 of your five a day.

Being a mum of two and having a busy work life I totally understand the lack of time and childcare to be able to get to a exercise class or the gym.


So to help us busy bees out, and to make myself accountable I will be running live Zoom exercise classes in the evenings when the little ones have gone to bed and if there is call for it a early morning session for those early birds.

Offering a PAYG option as well a weekly option.

Paddle Boarding Lessons

Starting in March / April

Stand up paddle boarding is quickly becoming everyone's favourite sport.


Not only fun but it offers an awesome workout that you do not have to force yourself to do.


From March I will be offering taster sessions and a mini 2hr adventure along the Thames in the Gorgeous Cotswolds village "Lechlade"
